We offer a 30-day return period for non-personalised items from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the condition it was delivered.
Personalised or custom-made items (including custom beaded pens, keyrings, and bag charms) are non-refundable unless faulty or damaged.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is incorrect or faulty.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
Once we receive your return, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos so we can resolve the issue.
We may offer exchanges where possible.
